Olbia. The Gallura Territorial Pedagogical Coordination is born

OLBIA. An agreement between Municipalities, with Olbia as the leader, schools and recreational centers of Gallura, Monteacuto and Barbagia, to improve the quality of the education and training system. The territorial memorandum of understanding, which intends to establish the integrated education and training system from the birth of the child up to six years of agewas signed in the former council chamber of Poltu Cuadu.

The project “Territorial pedagogical coordination of Gallura” was developed by Andrea Bertucci while the service manager is Maria Antonietta Malduca.

With quarterly meetings organized by the municipality of Olbia, the pedagogical and educational guidelines will be defined, training activities will be organized for teachers, educators, non-teaching staff and parents, the modules for identifying training needs, the enhancement protocols and of good practices, and monitoring and evaluation sheets.

“The project intends to train the educational community so that it knows how to work best with boys and girls in that age group that prepares them to become the adults of tomorrow – declares the Councilor for Public Education and Deputy Mayor of Olbia, Sabrina Serra, present at the meeting in Poltu Cuadu -. The objective is to lay the foundations to form an adult and aware community that knows how to face difficulties and manage emotions”.

In addition to Olbia, the following participate: Alà dei Sardi, Berchidda, Buddusò, Budoni, Golfo Aranci, Loiri Porto San Paolo, Monti, Oschiri, Osidda, Padru, Palau, Sant’Antonio di Gallura, Santa Teresa Gallura and Telti.
