The labor judge of the Cremona court has the appeal presented by the former head teacher of IC Crema Due Pietro Bacecchi was rejected in order to recover their role.
Bacecchi was sent into retirement on 15 November 2023, without the possibility of taking action to receive the INPS contribution. After addressing the Regional School Office and some of the highest national political offices, the last attempt remained that of the labor judge. But she did badly. The former principal, however, does not give up, and has made it known that will appeal to obtain reinstatement.
“I initially submitted a request to the Regional School Office to activate the conditional visa procedure, supported by the regional councilors Piloni and Vitari,” Bacecchi explained at the time. “But nothing more happened and everything remained silent. Silence which also characterized the action of politics. I had also written to the highest state officials, but even there I did not receive even half a word of response. I would say little respect for someone who has given his entire professional life to the State.”
Then the appeal to the labor judge, who however rejected the appeal. The former principal, who will now appeal in appeal, was assisted by the lawyer Marcello Palmieri.
