(Adnkronos) – Three more arrests for the attack suffered by a 16-year-old, stabbed by the pack outside the school in Marcianise, in the province of Caserta, during a punitive expedition for passionate reasons. The Carabinieri of the NOR-Operational Section of the Company of Marcianise (Caserta), assisted by the Operational Section of the Company of Seregno (Monza and Brianza), as part of the investigations conducted by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, executed a custody order precautionary sentence in prison against three criminal offenders, held responsible for attempted murder, personal injury and carrying weapons or objects capable of offending, aggravated by premeditation, futile motives, the number of participants and having determined a minor to commit the crimes of 18 years.
The disputed conduct was carried out during the early afternoon of November 22, 2023, near the “GB Novelli” high school. In particular, the suspects together with two other accomplices, already recipients of a precautionary measure immediately after the facts, for futile reasons linked to a passionate motive, organized and carried out an attack against a 16-year-old boy, who was hit with multiple blows, including one to the left scapular region, following which he received a prognosis of more than 30 days, we read in a note signed by the prosecutor Pierpaolo Bruni.
The provision arose from a complex investigative activity centered on complex technical activities and traditional evidence, which made it possible to ascertain undoubted and serious indications of guilt against the suspects, transferred to the prisons of Santa Maria Capua Vetere and Monza.
