“AriaFavolosa”, the renowned series of seminars on advanced theater training and more, by Compagnia CasaTeatro, Molino d’Arte and Malaluna Teatro, returns from June to the evocative setting of Matera with its first three meetings. Aimed at a wide range of talent, from professionals to enthusiasts, from singers to playwrights, “Aria Favolosa” offers a unique opportunity for artistic enrichment.
This year, attendees will have the chance to meet and learn from luminaries of theater and the performing arts. Among these, notable names stand out such as Giuseppe Semeraro, actor, director and poet with over twenty years of experience in the theater scene. Next to him, Danio Manfredini, icon of contemporary theatre, author and performer of unforgettable works, multiple-awarded with the prestigious Ubu Award. Vincenzo Del Prete, an artist whose expressive strength coexists with a personal pedagogical vocation and for almost twenty years also an actor and assistant director in Danio Manfredini’s works.
“Aria Favolosa” promises to be an educational and inspiring experience, a moment of meeting between talent and mastery, in the evocative setting of Matera.

A laboratory starting from Danio Manfredini and his personal artistic experience which is based on the search for the expressive possibilities of the actor, a figure he conceives as a creator, as a living material whose inspiration comes from a profound work on himself, from his intimacy and awareness.
DANIO MANFREDINI he is one of the most intense voices in contemporary theatre, he is the author and performer of absolute masterpieces, an award-winning artist and winner of numerous Ubu Awards.

Poetry writing seminar for the theater
RAISE REALITY Seminar with Giuseppe Semeraro | 7 – 9 June
The seminar is intended for those who want to open their writing to others and for poets, actors, playwrights and those who want to open their writing to others.
Writing in general and poetry in particular are guided by very intimate and particular creative processes. It seems that each author refines his techniques over time as he discovers his deepest poetic style.
GIUSEPPE SEMERARO actor, director and poet has worked in the theater field for more than twenty years. He worked as an actor with Il Teatro della Valdoca, in various shows directed by Danio Manfredini. He took part in the show Frame directed by Alessandro Serra.
In 2007 he was among the founders of the Principio Attivo Teatro company with which he has collaborated steadily for more than ten years.
He is the author of several books of poems including, Cantica del Lupo Besa editore in 2003, Two words in the cross, Il ray verde 2015 editions. What is poetry for, Songs for everyday life, Sensitivi alle leaves 2016 editions from on which the show with Giuanluigi Gherzi is based. In 2019 he published the book, The maintenance of solitude, for Musicaos editions, again in 2019 with AnimaMundi editions he published, What is poetry for, a diary, 365 days. In 2021 he published the book From here to a star, Animamundi editions. In 2023 he published Apocalypse Apocrypha with the publishing house Les Flauners, and Requiem for the olive trees with Animamundi edizioni
