It is Studio Cavaggioni Scarl that will support the person responsible for the procedure for the new stadium in Rimini, engineer Chiara Fravisini. Studio Cavaggioni will have to provide consultancy for the analysis of economic-financial convenience and economic-financial assistance and legal-administrative assistance with respect to the proposal put forward by Aurora Immobiliare and Rimini Football Club to redo a new stadium, with 15 thousand seats, on two floors , with commercial activities and restaurants inside. This was established by a management resolution of the Municipality of Rimini published in the Notice Board.
This is a complex project. According to the law on stadiums, the Municipality declares the public interest of the project (or denial) within 90 days of receiving the study (for Rimini extended by 11 days expiring on 21 May 2024). In this case this step seems obvious.
The second phase is the most delicate one.
Aurora Immobiliare and Rimini Football Club, in compliance with the conditions required by the Municipality, must present the project which must be accompanied by:
- a sworn economic-financial plan, which indicates the amount of the costs of preparing the proposal; And
- by a draft agreement with the owner administration, which specifies: the obligation for the preventive or simultaneous implementation of urbanization works; the characteristics of the services and management;
- the duration of the transfer of the surface or usufruct right in favor of the person carrying out the project
- within a further 120 days the Municipality must verify that the final project complies with the required conditions and decide definitively on the project, approving, where appropriate, its implementation, also being able to request, subject to authorization, changes strictly necessary for the purposes of the overall evaluation.
In this phase, the technical contribution of Studio Cavaggioni Scarl will be fundamental. The cost of which will be borne by the Municipality of Rimini is approximately 24 thousand euros. On the other hand, in this first phase the proposing company has only indicated the functional characteristics of the stadium and the non-football needs.
