Librinfesta 2024 is preparing to experience another day full of events, readings and
shows. Since the morning of Friday 17 May the Cloister of Santa Maria di Castello
will welcome students from schools in Alessandria and the province, who will be able to meet the
their favorite authors and participate in artistic, linguistic and theatrical workshops.
To these will be added two highly anticipated shows. “Sublime and fairytale” edited by
Storyteller Marco Bertarini will embrace young readers with “Voices and stories with the scent of
books”, just as happened during the “Night of Storytellers”, the event that opened the
festival at the “Once upon a time” Ethnographic Museum in Alessandria. The second, “The Monster
he is afraid”, will have as its protagonist Enrico Galiano, the most famous Prof. on the web. His
show, accompanied by the notes of the musician Pablo Perissinotto, will address the theme
of bullying and cyberbullying in an original and irreverent way.
From 4.30 pm Librinfesta will also open its pages to free users with workshops organized by
Luisa Foco, Irene Cavalchini and The Path of Scribbles. At 5pm, however, inside the
cloister will stage the magic show by the magician Sebastian, who will leave a
mouths open for adults and children. At the same time at the Feltrinelli bookshop in via Migliara 17
the illustrator Andrea Musso will retrace the ten years of “Gatto Killer”, telling how
how an illustration is born and how it is created.
