hides the drugs in a commercial establishment
The officers of the San Donato PS Police Station arrested a thirty-nine year old of Peruvian origins seriously suspected of the crime of possession of narcotic substances for the purpose of dealing.
During the evening area control service, near Via Domodossola, the officers noticed a group of people intent on consuming alcoholic substances outside a commercial establishment. In the club they notice a man who is heating a substance in his hands with a lighter. He is found in possession of two fragments of hashish. A sanction was imposed against him for the drug violation.
In the back room of the restaurant, however, there is a second person who is arranging some objects in a pantry; during the control of the police officers, the man turns his gaze several times in the direction of a shelf. The police, having noticed the gesture, became suspicious and searched the room where they found cocaine and marijuana, as well as various material suitable for packaging the doses.
In particular, 885 plastic sachets and 2 precision scales were found; part of the drug was hidden in a container of chips hidden inside a floor cleaning bucket.
The criminal proceedings are currently in the preliminary investigation phase, therefore the presumption of not guilt of the suspect applies until the final sentence.
