A new municipal Civil Protection emergency plan for the city of Potenza Picena: the document, drawn up by the architect planner Alessandro Azzolini, saw the collaboration of the municipal offices, in particular the technical office, urban planning, social services and of the Municipal Police.
The support of the Civil Protection Group that operates in the municipal area, coordinated by Carlo Carlini, and of the Local Committee of the Red Cross is central.
In order to illustrate the new plan to the citizens, the municipal administration has scheduled an information meeting on Monday 20 May at 9.30 pm in the hall of the “A. Conestabile della Staffa” Municipal Palace in Porto Potenza Picena. It will be an in-depth evening, during which citizens will be enabled to learn about personal and family safety practices to be implemented in emergency situations linked to atmospheric phenomena, accidents or earthquakes. In addition to correct behavior, these practices also include the identification of safety zones within the municipal territory and useful numbers to contact.
