VITERBO – Corporate culture is that way of describing the business world in a way you don’t expect it. 23 protagonists, 23 companies from the Viterbo area have freely decided to embark on the project “Author’s Enterprises” with the creation of a volume of beautiful timeless black and white photos of Renato Franceschin and a permanent exhibition of artistic expression that furnishes the headquarters of Unindustria Viterbo (Via Faul 21).

This morning. On May 16, the vernissage of the event, which reached its fourth stage after Latina, Aprilia and Rieti, was held at the Unindustria Viterbo headquarters, attended by the vice-president of Unindustria Stefano Cenci, the president of Ance Viterbo Andrea Belli, the president of the Piccola Committee Industry of Unindustria Viterbo Simonetta Coccia, the president of the Youth Group of Unindustria Alessandra Sensi.

Also present at the ribbon cutting were representatives of local institutions such as the police commissioner Fausto Vinci, the prefect Gennaro Capo, the mayor Chiara Fontini and the president of the province Alessandro Romoli.

The owner of the house illustrated the extraordinary event Sergio Saggini, president of Unindustria Viterbo, who in greeting those present began by saying: “We are used to dealing with budgets in a very cold way… today we do it differently, through photos, to show the city what it means to do business. Our pride, our passion, our fears…We want to show you our courage, our companies. Many very beautiful photos tell the story of our companies and choosing them was very difficult… We would have liked to show much more… for reasons of containing the exhibition, we chose and took five photos for each company. A big round of applause to the photographer Renato Franceschin, author and actor of this valuable publication. I also thank Andrea Belli, president of ANCE who has always supported all of Unindustria’s initiatives and this one in particular. Augusto Ciarrocchi, present here, designated by the General Council, is very proud of Viterbo and our province Of Confindustria Ceramic the new president for the two-year period June 2024-May 2026. Finally, I thank all the authorities present”.

The mayor Chiara Frontini who congratulated the valuable initiative: “It’s wonderful to see this exhibition because it shows the pride of the community. Businesses are a fundamental part of the Viterbo and Tuscia community. And talk about the pride behind leading a work group, a project, a development plan that belongs to the company, but often also belongs to the territory, where there are many companies of excellence that bear the name of Viterbo in Italy and in the world.”

President Alessandro Romoli: “This exhibition and this book tell the excellence and activities that have made the history of this land, we are talking about some companies that I see represented here, they all refer to our community. In addition to offering a glimpse of economic growth, companies give working dignity to the territory also through their commitment to production. Commitment that we have a duty to respect, honor and support.”

Stefano Cenci, vice president of Unindustria: “It’s an emotion. Behind every photo there is sacrifice, there is family history, history of men and women, there is history of commitment. I have great respect for these companies, they are an example for the local community.”

The word passes to Simona Anelli– Unindustria which explains how the exhibition is structured: “A very long project….Each company has been described through photos with attention to details that best illustrate the specificities of each one. In the cultural itineraries our companies manage to demonstrate that they are businesses winners. 23 companies opened their doors to us, they trusted us, because they didn’t know exactly what the photographer was looking for. After all, this project was born exactly as Unindustria was born, with a single regional perimeter but with its strength in the 8 territorial offices, all with their own particularities. This is the strength of the business world.”

Finally Alessandra Pasqualotto who edited all the texts, the revisions and transformed the images into words: “Everyone is always linked to something. I like my job. We have made an extraordinary journey into the heart of businesses, we have transformed pride and excellence into culture, into art. A special thank you to Saggini who never put his own company before the project….”.

These are the companies featured in the exhibition and the volume: Basaltina, Belli, Ceramica Catalano, Ceramica Flaminia, Coccia Sesto, Colavene, Dimar Group, Fiorillo, Flati, Gajarda, Immobiliare Viterbo, Impresa Costruzioni Bronzetti, Impresa Edile Patrizi, Mastrogregori Aldo, Merlani Costruzioni , Orsolini Amedeo, Piangoli Legno, Rocchetti Prefabricated, Saggini Costruzioni, Santafiora, Scuderi, Simas and Terme dei Papi.
