After the opening of four offers submittedis the temporary business association established from Big Service by Thomas Oss Papot e from David Ciurletti to be the first classified in the provisional ranking of the tender for the assignment of the management of the Libercafé in Piazza Dante.
As per practice, this is an award proposal, which will become definitive if the verification of the possession of the requirements will be successful.
The race was won by Oss Papot and Ciurletti thanks to an increase of 62 percent on the auction basis of 12,700 euros of annual rent and the commitment to keep the restaurant open beyond the minimum opening hours (from 8.30 to 18.30 from Monday to Saturday) including Sunday.

The duration of the contract will be six years, renewable for another six if the management by the concessionaire proves satisfactory for the municipal administration. The venue will be able to serve food and drinks (including alcoholic), quick meals, pastry and ice cream products.
Libercafé was recently subjected to maintenance works handled by the Building Management service, which carried out a general check of the systems, the arrangement of the counters, the painting of the rooms and extraordinary cleaning.
The objective of the municipal administration is to achieve reopening of Libercafé at the beginning of summer.
