Who was Gabriele Pattitoni from Olbia.
Gabriele Pattitoni, aged just 17, from Olbia, died during the night at the civil hospital in Sassari, where he had been transported by air ambulance in very serious conditions after a road accident. The boy attended theIPAA Olbiathe Technical and Vocational Institute of his city, and was known as a cheerful boy and motorcycle enthusiast. In these hours he is remembered with great affection and emotion.
The accident occurred on May 10th.
The tragic accident that led to Gabriele’s death occurred last year May 10th, at the intersection between via Fidia and via Euclide, not far from the Fausto Noce park, during a collision between two scooters. In the accident four boys were involved, all minors, with Gabriele sitting in the passenger seat of one of the vehicles. A friend of his was driving.
The injuries proved too serious.
The wounds sustained by Gabrielein particular those to the head, were immediately considered serious, and the young man was urgently transported to the civil hospital Most Holy Annunziata of Sassari, where he underwent a delicate surgery. Unfortunately, despite the efforts of medical personnelGabriele didn’t make it.
