“First of all, encourage people to move around the country regardless of what the shops offer, there must be more passage. Trade should be the beating heart of Bacoli”, comments a resident.
“We need to review the ZTL in the historic center and encourage people to spend in Bacoli, and not outside or in the shopping centres”, another citizen says.
There are those who are in favor of the ZTL: “A few new openings wouldn’t be bad – counters another – but I agree with the pedestrianization of the center which has brought numerous benefits, now it’s like this everywhere. Thinking of having your car under the shop is a thing of the past”.
“In our outdoor shopping area there should be more services, both the ZTL and ensuring that even the most distant customer can arrive in the center and park comfortably, without excessive costs”, comments a citizen. So, “regulate parking, encourage small food outlets that would make shopping more pleasant, lower rents and even fewer taxes”.
