What a great celebration: Latina has the blue flag for its sea. Well, well done, encore. But the heat that determines enthusiasm leads to “nice” accidents along the way. Having learned of the conquest of the blue flag for Latina, the senator of the Brothers of Italy, Nicola Calandrini, declares: finally a horizon of advice. So before there wasn’t this horizon and yet… Latina has had the blue flag since 2014. Therefore, Giovanni Di Giorgi and Damiano Coletta and also the various government commissioners were in the consiliatura logic. In short, “we are all in agreement” if the yardstick is the blue flag. Today’s enthusiasm should match that of yesterday, the day before yesterday and 10 years back. Unless if the blue flag is from Celentano it is of perspective, if it is from Giovanni Di Giorgi (among other things one of the founders of Fratelli d’Italia, towards whom the successors they should be at least more generous) or by Damiano Coletta is out of breath, it’s contingent. Same flag reverse effects.

Nothing new under the sun and in the middle of the sea. When it is a blue flag it is a flag for everyone, dear senator and there is no bluer flag.
Every now and then it wouldn’t be better to ignore it. There is no need to always say something in praise of yourself, of your part.

“This year too, the Latina seafront has won the Blue Flag, together with Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo, Terracina, Fondi, Sperlonga, Gaeta and Minturno. An important result for the capital, which certifies the quality of the water and services offered on our magnificent coastline. It must be admitted, the situation is still far from being what the city deserves. However, applause must be given to the administration led by Mayor Celentano, who managed to bring home the result by rolling up its sleeves to make up for years of wicked policies towards our Navy”. “The foundations have been laid for a virtuous path, with a view to strategic, coordinated and long-term interventions, which finally replace those spot measures which in past years have not done the city any good. We started, thanks to an amendment I proposed to the last budget law, guaranteeing more time to spend the money made available for the completion of via Massaro and at the same time guaranteeing more funds thanks to the possibility of using management economies. The dialogue between the municipal administration, the Region and the Government is continuous and is leading to the implementation of a serious project which I am sure will lead to significant results in the near future. Finally we are thinking about a council horizon, the results of which will have to be evaluated in the medium term but will be more solid and long-lasting” concludes the Senator.
