“The key word is ‘value’ and it is expressed in many other words. The common thread of these two days is to understand how to develop and generate value for the entire community, and not just for property owners, from the construction development and innovation activities that are implemented on the technological side”. Alessandra Albarelli, general director of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, said this on the sidelines of the opening event of the 2024 edition of ReBuild – Meeting the next built environment, entitled “A new agenda to build: politics confronts institutions” . Taking place at the Riva del Garda Congress Center on 14 and 15 May 2024, ReBuild is the two-day event dedicated to sustainable innovation in the built environment which this year reaches its tenth edition. “This is a very interesting path – adds Albarelli – which moves on various levels, such as energy, off-side construction and the redevelopment of the existing building stock, thinking of a new built environment that is sustainable”.
