Savona. The congratulatory message addressed to the lawyer Dante Mirenghi, president of A’ Campanassa for the one hundredth anniversary of the foundation bears the signature of Cristina Rossello, member of the Chamber and president of the Parliamentary Intergroup of Italian Heritage.

“In all these long years – we read in the message – the association has promoted the historical identity of the city of Savona and its territory”.

The message also comes on behalf of the other Deputies and Senators who make up the Parliamentary Intergroup which recently promoted the display of the Fiat 500 that belonged to the President of the Republic Sandro Pertini at the Regional Council of Liguria.

The Honorable Rossello is very attached to her places of origin. Her is a very well-known surname in the Savona area, in fact in the 19th century Maria Giuseppa Rossello (born in Albissola Marina) founded the congregation of the Daughters of Our Lady of Mercy. Sixty years after her death, at the end of the 1940s Pope Pius XII proclaimed her a saint.
