The memorandum of understanding was signed between ANCE Cremona And Assimpredil Ancand for sharing the CIS – Cantiere Impatto Sostenibile Code of Conduct.
Regina De Albertispresident Assimpredil Ance, e Carlo Paolo Beltramipresident of ANCE Cremona, have in fact signed the Voluntary Code of Conductdeveloped by Assimpredil Ance, for the implementation of behaviors oriented towards decarbonisation, environmental protection from a circular economy perspective, legality, contractual regularity in employment relationships, safety and prevention of workers’ health , social issues and the supply chain in the more general context of corporate social responsibility.
This Code can be used by companies associated with ANCE Cremona through the signing, by each member, of the Manifesto containing the 8 sustainability commitments, in compliance with the logic Planet – People – Profit which is the basis of the ESG criteria for sustainable investments (Environment, Social, Governance).
The experiences in the construction sites that have adopted the code of conduct are very positive and concrete recognitions have been expressed by important contracting authorities.

Assimpredil Ance grants ANCE Cremona the right to apply, disseminate and promote the Code of Conduct in its territory of operation, to manage the administrative and control procedures relating to the verification of the sustainability measures adopted by the individual signatory companies.
ANCE Cremona undertakes to formally adopt the entire Discipline of the Code of Conduct and to apply it in full and to appoint the Supervisory and Monitoring Committee so that they act as a guarantee of transparency and seriousness also towards stakeholders.
Assimpredil Ance and ANCE Cremona agree to set up a control room with the task of verifying the correct implementation of the Code of Conduct and sharing its progress.
