Costa Pacifica arrives in Olbia, 37 calls in Cagliari

Costa Crociere returns to operate in Olbia: this morning it docked in port Pacific Coastfor the first of a series of 18 stopovers scheduled until the end of the summer. The guests on board, coming from different countries, were able to visit the city and its territory both independently and through the excursions proposed by the Italian company, which allow
to discover destinations from a unique point of view, away from traditional routes. As in the case of the walking tour in the streets of the historic center of Olbia; of the tour among the granites of the Valle della Luna; of the off-road adventure among the nuraghi; the excursion to the Maddalena island or relaxation on the Cinta beach in San Teodoro.
Costa Pacifica will visit Olbia every Tuesdayfrom now until September 24th, as part of a week-long itinerary to discover France, Italy and Spain, which includes Olbia, Palma de Mallorca, Valencia, Marseille, Savona and Civitavecchia/Rome, and will allow you to better enjoy beaches, islands and cities of art among the most beautiful in the Mediterranean. In addition to Olbia, Costa will also operate during 2024 37 stopovers in Cagliari with Costa Smeralda. In total, between Cagliari and Olbia, Costa will have 55 airports in Sardinia, with an increase of approximately 40% compared to last year.
The Costa Pacifica itinerary Olbia also marks the debut of a major Costa innovation for 2024: the “Sea Destinations”. Alongside the experiences that will lead to discovering destinations on land, Costa Pacifica will, in fact, offer new experiences to enjoy on board, during navigation, to better experience iconic places included in the ship’s route.
Costa Pacifica is a ship flying the Italian flag of the Costa Crociere fleet, which has 114 thousand gross tonnage and can accommodate up to 3780 guests. It was profoundly renovated in May 2022, with important restyling works. The gastronomic excellence on board is represented by the Archipelago restaurant, which offers menus created by three great international chefs: Bruno Barbieri, Hélène Darroze and Ángel León.
