They lose positionUniversity of Cagliari and Sassari in the new ranking drawn up by Center World University Ranking (Cwur) based on the analysis of 20 thousand universities around the world.
L’University of Cagliari is located this year at 641st place, while that Sassari at 980th.
In 2023, Cagliari it was in 626th place and in 2022 it had reached 615th. In the national ranking, the University of the Sardinian capital is in 32nd place (258th in the European ranking) and 606th place in terms of Research, for a total score of 73.
It’s no better forUniversity of Sassari, which last year was in 960th position, while in 2022 it was 954th. The University of Turin is ranked number 47 in Italy and 371st in Europe. As regards Research, Sassari comes in 933rd place, with an overall score of 70.6.
At a global level it remains Harvard University tops the list, followed by MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and Stanford, while Cambridge is fourth and Oxford fifth.
