The city councilor candidates from the civic list ‘Mordano Bubano – One Municipality One Community’ were presented last night in the setting of Piazza Borgo General Vitali in Mordano. A center-left reality that supports the encore of the current mayor Nicola Tassinari. Six men and six women, for a perfect gender balance, with three elements arriving from the previous administrative course: the deputy mayor Luigi Gallignani (71 years old, engineer), the councilor Elisa Conti (53 years old, entrepreneur) and Giuseppe Cassarino (56 years old, teacher), current president of the city council. The new faces are those of Simona Bartoli (20 years old, student), Emanuele Sabatani (29 years old, engineer), Maria-Cornelia Miron (36 years old, family assistant), Ilenia Pesci (38 years old, employee), Stefano Caselli (38 years old, , engineer), Annalisa Mazzini (52 years old, photographer), Christian Valtancoli (52 years old, commercial), Carlo Ceroni (59 years old, farmer) and Nicoletta Sabbatani (63 years old, retired). “It is the right representation from a demographic and geographical point of view – said the mayoral candidate Nicola Tassinari –. After five years at the helm of the administration our way of acting is clear to everyone. We have focused strongly on the concept of participation to break down any anachronistic ideological barrier”.

The process started already in the last mandate but now we must accelerate to revitalize the historic center and offer new opportunities to young people and local businesses. Maximum attention also to the agricultural world, the environment and the safety of the Santerno, a naturalistic heritage to be valorised, through synergy with other bodies”.
