Kate Middleton she continues preventive chemotherapy and will not accompany William to his wedding Hugh Grosvenor, Duke of Westminster, starring Olivia Henson. But it is possible that he will be present at the Royal Wedding Rose Hanbury, Marchioness of Cholmondeley and alleged lover or ex-lover of the Prince of Wales.

While news continues on the health conditions of Kate Middleton, who is suffering from cancer, and many, including Antonio Caprarica, are convinced that the situation is more serious than what they say because the tumor would be at an advanced stage, William continues with his Court commitments. This week he will go to France to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Normandy landings and on 7 June he will attend the wedding of Hugh Grosvenor, Duke of Westminster, to whom he is linked by a deep friendship, with Olivia Henson.
Hugh is in fact the godson of King Charles and godfather of George, the firstborn of William and Kate Middleton, it seems that he is also the godfather of Archie, the son of Harry and Meghan Markle, but it has never been confirmed.
William will be the groomsman and probably will be the only senior member of the Royal Family to attend the wedding. Obviously Kate won’t be there due to cancer. Harry and Meghan declined the invitation and after the couple’s tensions, Charles and Camilla should also withdraw.

However, Rose Hanbury and her husband Davide, the Marquis of Cholmondeley, could participate in the wedding between Grosvenor and Olivia Henson. It could be entirely plausible, even if their presence has not been officially confirmed. Of course, William would find himself in an uncomfortable and embarrassing position which however could be avoided with the help of the spouses in arranging the tables.
The Marquise, who is said to have had a clandestine relationship with William and for this reason Kate broke off her friendship with her, has recently appeared at several events involving the Royal Family. This is because with Kate out sick and Charles not yet back to full health, many tasks have been redistributed.

Thus, only last May Rose attended two important court appointments with Beatrice and Eugenie of York. And what struck people the most was the similarity in style with Kate.
The Marchioness, who was first at Badminton House in Gloucestershire and then at the inauguration of the Order of the British Empire, wore on the latter occasion a hat identical to that which the Princess of Wales wore on two occasions. It is in fact the black Tiffany headdress by Lock & Co., which Kate sported during a Commonwealth celebration at Westminster Abbey in 2018 and again in 2021 for the Remembrance Day ceremony.
It is not the first time that the two women dress the same way, it had already happened in 2023 when they wore the same black Aquazurra pumps, combining them with a very similar dress, a few weeks apart.
Perhaps it was precisely this resemblance and this similarity of tastes that attracted William to Rose Hanbury, even if now the story seems to be definitively over. The Prince of Wales he would return regretful to Kate. Now more than ever, she stands by her side in the fight against cancer.
