The real estate supply chain in Piacenza, experiences and professions compared in what was the second edition of the conference promoted by Fiaip Piacenza, in collaboration with Ance Piacenza. An event born from the need to create an opportunity for discussion on issues relating to the real estate sector in a particular historical context such as the current one.
“There is a lack of houses for rent”
“There is a lack of houses for rent in Piacenza and it is necessary to invest in the redevelopment of abandoned and disused sites”. These are some of the issues at the center of the real estate general states. For the national president of Fiaip Gian Battista Baccarini “there is also a lack of houses to sell – his words -. There is a shortage of supply compared to the very important demand, so we need to increase the supply through a synergy between public and private”.
The General States of Piacenza real estate they then gathered to discuss the current condition of the brick and the scenarios that await us. It was held today, Thursday 9 May, in the conference room of Confindustria Piacenza. There were two round tables moderated by Fabrizio Floriani, former Fiaip provincial president, in which the experts brought their vision of the real estate sector, allowing us to draw a picture of the present and future of the market.

It is also an important signal for the category of real estate agents, who will increasingly play a pivotal role in the real estate market. In fact, they are the ones who are the connection between those who sell and those who buy the property, and with the new regulations and the complexity of the energy transition it is necessary for them to have complete knowledge of all the parties that give life to this sector”.
“Italy has different problems compared to the rest of Europe – explains Antonino Coppolino, national vice-president of Confedilizia -. In our country we need to invest in seismic efficiency before intervening on energy efficiency.” Ninety real estate agents active in Piacenza are dealing with new regulations and the complexity of the energy transition.
