The Selva di Fasano Cup has reached its 65th edition and this year joins the regional communication campaign “Train yourself against violence”, which starts again with the major competitive sporting events right here, from the sporting tradition born way back in 1946 and consolidated as one of the most popular events in the area.

The hillclimb at Selva, now organized by ASD Egnathia Corse, which is held on 11 and 12 May, has 213 drivers, in addition to the two exceptional special guests: Ezio Baribbi and Giancarlo Fisichella, who will compete for the finish line along the 5 .6 km of hairpin bends on the state road 172, up to Selva di Fasano.

Present at the event were the operators of the CAV of the Municipality of Fasano, with a dedicated space made available by the organizers of the sporting event, ready to provide information on the services provided in the area thanks to the regional contributions paid annually to anti-violence centres.
The race is also an opportunity to offer athletes and the public a gadget branded “Train against violence” to raise awareness of an insidious phenomenon, much more widespread than you think, which affects women of all ages and from all social groups.
