The members’ meeting of the Umbria Jazz Participation Foundation took place today, May 9th, which certified a positive balance sheet of approximately 135 thousand euros for 2023.

“This is – underlines one of his notes – an excellent result which demonstrates how the UJ Foundation has well managed the public and private funds at its disposal”. With this in mind, it is preparing to continue its journey “with excellent conditions” with the summer edition of 2024, scheduled in Perugia from 12 to 21 July, which will reveal its entire program on 23 May.

“I can affirm decisively and without any reservations that we are working well and the concrete results of our work are there for all to see”: these are the words of the president of the Foundation, Gian Luca Laurenzi, who underlined how “the merit of this excellent result must be equally divided among all the components of the Umbria Jazz Foundation: members, board of directors, employees and collaborators, board of auditors”.

“I take this opportunity – concluded President Laurenzi – to congratulate and wish good work to the new president of the Perugia Foundation Alcide Casini”.
