Naples, Acerra pusher caught “at work” in the nightlife of the Quartieri Spagnoli

The Carabinieri of the Napoli Centro Company, together with the soldiers of the Campania Regiment, carried out checks among the young frequenters of the nightlife of the Quartieri Spagnoli and Chiaia.

The protagonists were minors, edged weapons, drugs and moped racing, without forgetting the presence of illegal parkers.

A seventeen-year-old from Acerra was arrested after being stopped in Piazza Miraglia, found in possession of 24 doses of marijuana already packaged for retail sale. The young man is awaiting trial and will have to answer for possession of narcotic substances for the purpose of dealing.

Among the problems faced during checks, there is the tendency to hide knives under the justification of the need to defend oneself. A sixteen-year-old Neapolitan, with no criminal record, was found in possession of a 22 centimeter long switchblade and was reported.

Furthermore, four motorcyclists were caught in the alleys of the Spanish neighborhoods and reported for driving without a license, with recidivism within the two-year period. Five illegal parkers were reported respectively in via Riviera a Chiaia, in via Generale Orsini, in via Nisco and in via Imbriani.
