They were dealing cocaine at homein a building of Toscanini district of Aprilia: a couple was arrested yesterday afternoon by the Carabinieri who broke into their home and searched it thoroughly, finding 120 grams of cocaine, part of which had already been divided into doses ready for sale. Also seized was a notebook with notes relating to the drug dealing activity, 1,000 euros in small denomination banknotes and the material for weighing and packaging the drugs.
The blitz was carried out by the soldiers of the Operational Section of the Territorial Department of Aprilia. A man and a woman living together, both 40 years old and with specific precedents, ended up in handcuffs – under house arrest awaiting the very direct ritual to validate the arrest. They must answer for the crimes of possession and dealing of narcotic and psychotropic substances.
The work to combat drug crimes by the Carabinieri of the Territorial Police Department of Aprilia is incessant and, once again, yesterday, they completed an operation in one of the “hottest” neighborhoods of the city. A positive signal to citizens, who demand greater security.
