Antisocial conduct, 12 prevention measures issued – il Gazzettino di Gela

Twelve provisions implementing prevention measures were issued by the Police Commissioner of Caltanissetta, Pinuccia Albertina Agnello, following an investigation by the local Anti-Crime Police Division, against people who were responsible for serious anti-social conduct.

Seven provisions concern the oral warning that affected two minors, arrested by the Gela Police Station for attempted robbery; a 44-year-old, also arrested by the Gela Police for attempted theft in a commercial business; a 20-year-old and a 44-year-old, arrested by the Gela Carabinieri for possession for the purpose of dealing cannabinoids and cocaine; a 24-year-old, reported by the Niscemi Police Station for having set fire to a car at night and a 22-year-old, arrested by the Flying Squad and the Niscemi Police Station for possession for the purpose of dealing drugs. Two measures were issued against convicted criminals, non-residents in the province of Caltanissetta, burdened by police prejudice, who were repatriated with a mandatory deportation order with a ban on returning to Caltanissetta for a period of two years. During an inspection, they were found in possession of altered keys and lock picks by policemen from the Steering Wheels section and reported to the Judicial Authority.

Three warnings for domestic violence were issued against a 44-year-old and a 38-year-old, both perpetrators of personal injuries against their ex-partners, and against a 50-year-old woman, resident in the province, who was responsible for continuous harassment and threats reiterated towards your ex-partner.
