The political pact has been signed between Forza Italia and the coalition of the outgoing mayor of Aci Castello Carmelo Scandurra, in view of the administrative elections of 8/9 June in the Catania municipality. Today the announcement was made official during a press conference in the headquarters of the FI provincial secretariat in via Asiago in Catania, in the presence of the FI provincial secretary Marco Falcone, the FI Ars deputy Nicola D’Agostino, Antonio Villardita, FI deputy provincial secretary, and of the same mayor of Castellese. “The institutional collaboration of these years in the interest of the city of Aci Castello – stated Marco Falcone, FI provincial secretary and regional councilor – today results in a programmatic agreement that will make Forza Italia the engine of the next five years of good governance with the Mayor Scandurra. We will present voters with a competitive list that combines experience, young faces and above all attachment and desire to do for Aci Castello”.
Satisfaction also from FI Ars deputy Nicola D’Agostino. “Mayor Scandurra – he said – has shown administrative capacity in his first mandate, knowing how to welcome the stimuli of those who were not with him. Today we are happy to join a project that will give continuity to what has been good done in recent years for Aci Castello”. “Forza Italia – commented the mayor Carmelo Scandurra – is an extraordinary added value for us.
