With the first two excerpts, three buildings will be completely recovered where nine public residential buildings (ERP) and 13 social residential buildings (ERS) will be located, while for two other buildings interventions will be carried out to bring the condition of the buildings themselves to a “advanced rough”, with the reconstruction of the roofs and the realization of all the structural works. With the third phase, the entire courtyard area will be completely recovered, allowing it to be used by the public.

Meanwhile, contacts are underway with the commissioner structure to include sums in the remodeling of the “Reconstruction Plan” that will allow the recovery of the two remaining buildings. The next step is the European tender notice, which will be published shortly.
