The publishing group Nord Est Multimedia Spa (NEM) in collaboration with the listed Gabetti Property Solutions Group has developed a program of events in Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia to provide a snapshot of the real estate world of the main cities of the north-east, with its economic and social dynamics, which will start next May 7th with Padua.
The new development areas of the city of Padua, the urban redevelopment projects underway, the socio-economic situation and the real estate offer of the capital of Padua: all this will be discussed during the conference “Why Padua”. A new real estate geography for the city”, an occasion on which the report of the same name drawn up by the Research Office of the Gabetti Group will be presented.
The study, starting from the photograph of the socio-demographic and economic fundamentals, provides an analysis of market and investment prospects in the living (residential and student housing) and hospitality sectorsindicating the trends in the areas of greatest development, currently and in the near future.
It emerges a particularly attractive city for the various actors involved in the entire value chain of the real estate sector. The conference will therefore be an opportunity to bring the municipal administration, institutions and sector operators into dialogue around the role of urban regeneration as a driver in the city’s transformation processes.
