These are three warnings for domestic violence, three oral warnings, two urban warnings and one warning.
The Police Commissioner of Caltanissetta Pinuccia Albertina Agnello, following an investigation by the local Anti-Crime Police Division, has issued nine provisions implementing prevention measures against people who have been responsible for serious anti-social conduct. Three measures concern the warning of subjects who have committed domestic violence, threats, beatings and personal injuries towards cohabitants and former partners. A 23-year-old and a 28-year-old from the capital were warned by the Police Commissioner, the latter on the proposal of the Carabinieri Tenenza of San Cataldo, and a 37-year-old from Gela. Three oral warnings were issued to individuals arrested for possession and dealing of narcotic substances; a 32-year-old arrested by the Niscemi Police Station, a 21-year-old arrested by the Carabinieri of the Mazzarino station and a 41-year-old arrested by the Carabinieri Territorial Department of Gela. Two urban daspos were issued against a 19-year-old from Niscemi and a 20-year-old from Mussomeli; in the first case the young man, in a state of drunkenness, took part in an argument on the public street, then lashing out against the State Police officers who intervened to quell it; in the second case, the young man, also drunk, kicked the window of a bar causing it to break, then threw himself against the owner of the business, damaging tables and chairs. In both cases, the two subjects were banned from accessing and staying in public businesses in the historic center of their respective municipalities of residence for a period of two years. Finally, on the proposal of the Carabinieri Tenenza of San Cataldo, a warning was issued against a 45-year-old fan who was responsible for insulting the referee and law enforcement personnel during the Sancataldese-Trapani football match, played last October. With the prevention measures issued by the Police Commissioner, the aforementioned people were all invited to change their behavior.
