There will also be permits, concessions, surveys and assessments. Everything may be in order, within the limits of our legislation, but was it really necessary? And above all, was it really necessary to erect a 30 meter high metal monster next to a school where there had previously been trees?”. Accompanying this is an image of two children from behind, against the net, they look at the green field that until yesterday was the backdrop.
The process
The antenna received the favorable opinion of Arpae And Ausl. Therefore, regarding compliance with national regulations, among the strictest in Europe (a little less restrictive since yesterday, but the San Lazzaro antenna had passed the exam in January with much more stringent emission limits) there is nothing to complain about. The land is private, therefore the concession (or sale) of the area is not the responsibility of the Municipality of Piacenza but to the owner (who in this case is theOpera Pia Alberoni). Indeed, the Municipality was keen to clarify, regarding the next installation, that it had no decision-making power. The new mobile phone site launched in the Municipality of Piacenza, on the land in Via Cavaglieri, is called “Partigiani”.
