The Villeneuve City Council met on Monday, April 29, 2024, to discuss nine agenda items.
The councilors approved i verbal of the previous session and listened to the communications of the mayor (there was a withdrawal from the reserve fund to correct a material error on the reassessment of residues).
Approved on Report of the management of the 2023 financial year. There is a total surplus of 892 thousand euros, a free one of 577 thousand euros and one for investments of 40 thousand euros. Therefore 616 thousand euros can be used.
The first one was approved change to the budget forecast and the Single Programming Document 2024/26. 549 thousand euros of surplus were applied: 15 thousand euros for the creation of a toilet at the fire brigade headquarters; 15 thousand euros for the design of a bus stop on the state road near Trépont; 7 thousand euros for the purchase of goods and materials supplied to the Civil Protection; 442 thousand euros for the construction of a car park in the Peranche hamlet; 5 thousand euros for the design of energy efficiency for the change of windows in the sports area (in addition to the 55 thousand already allocated); 20 thousand euros on the maintenance of roads with bitumen and the purchase of new signs (total 150 thousand euros); 40 thousand euros for renovation works at the cemetery, in the part in front of the ancient church, creating new places on the ground.
The legitimacy of a has been recognized off-balance sheet debt of 3,500 euros following the TAR ruling in favor of the citizen who built a dog enclosure in the Peranche hamlet, not authorized by the Municipality. The Municipality is evaluating whether to appeal to the Council of State.
Rates approved Tari for the year 2024. There is an increase of approximately 16%, mainly due to the increase in disposal costs. It was not possible to calm the tariff by applying the administration surplus, as was done in 2023.
The methods for managing the costs of the service have been defined of purification and water quality analysis service during the transitional period.
The renovation and reorganization of thehydraulic system of the Condé tank and as well as the completion of the replacement of the pipeline serving the capital of the Municipality of Villeneuve, with the draft agreement with the governing body of the area (EGA) of the water service of the Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta, in relation to the urgent intervention plan. 85 thousand euros will be spent on design and construction management, thanks to a contribution already obtained from Bim.
Finally, the declassification, de-ownership and a portion of the old municipal road in La Crète di Villeneuve, at the request of a private individual.
