Sicily By Car expands to Croatia. The Palermo-based company specialized in the leisure car rental sector has in fact signed a binding agreement in the last few hours which will lead it to be taken over by the shareholders of Nova Gratia And Auto Dalmacija the entire capital of the two companies based in Trogir.

For the Italian group listed on Euronext Growth Milan, the operation is considered “highly strategic” and allows it to take a further step forward in the internationalization process on a European scale in countries considered to have high added value both for leisure rental and for B2B.

4.5 million operations

The price agreed by the parties for the dual acquisition is 4.5 million euros, value subject to adjustments. At closing, 3.6 million will be paid, subject to adjustments, and within 45 days from that date, the remaining 0.9 million will be paid, subject to compensation as a result of any compensation. Finally, a double earn-out of 0.35 million is foreseen in favor of the sellers linked to the ebitda and relative margin that the target companies will achieve in aggregate in 2025 and 2026.
