The Shareholders’ Meeting of Banca di Asti approved the financial statements for the 2023 financial year which recorded a decisive increase in economic results and all indicators of structural robustness.

Banca di Asti’s net profit is equal to approximately 85 million euros, up by 114.2% compared to the result of the previous year, with a management ROE of 5.16%. At Group level, net profit amounted to 79 million euros.

This result allowed the Assembly to approve the distribution of a dividend of 0.30 euros per share, an increase of 50% compared to last year, corresponding to a total dividend of 21.2 million euros, which will be paid by early May.

The Assembly also increased the number of members of the Board of Directors to 13, appointing Prof. as Director. Gian Luigi Gola, whose mandate will expire with the approval of the budget as of 31 December 2025, like that of the Councilors already in office. Gola represents the Fondazine Crt, which has signed an agreement to acquire 6% of the CrAt shareholding. Banca di Asti has already sold its own shares to Fondazione Crt for approximately 10.9 million euros, equal to 1.77% of the capital; the remaining share to reach 6% will be purchased on the free market between 21 June and 4 October: Banca di Asti will purchase up to a maximum of 2,982,223 shares from small shareholders (who currently hold 41% of the capital). own, at the maximum unit value of 8.75 euros agreed with Turin.
