Eight million mega-evasion discovered, three companies involved

A massive tax evasion of over 8 million euros has been discovered in Irpinia. The soldiers of the Economic-Financial Police Unit of the provincial command of Avellino Financial Policeunder the orders of Colonel Salvatore Minale, have identified a significant volume of tax evasion of over 8 million euros, for the purposes of direct taxes and VAT.

Three tax audits were carried out against as many companies operating in Irpinia, during which the Irpinian yellow flames managed to reconstruct complex tax evasion phenomena, achieved through the use of false invoicing or the fictitious representation of transnational operations, which in reality never occurred, thanks to which a total of approximately 5 million euros had been subtracted from taxation for the purposes of direct taxes and over 1.5 million euros of VAT.

Furthermore, equally insidious evasive conduct emerged during a check carried out by a professional, who stole from taxation a taxable amount of around 500 thousand euros, making it appear as “acquired” technical services, which in reality were never received, but falsely invoiced by a company attributable to him.
