A) for facts contrary to the rules regarding order and safety and for violent facts committed by his supporters, located in the Varco Est L Tribuna Sector, representing a danger to public safety, consisting in having:
1. exploded a firecracker of considerable power in his sector in the 1st minute of the first half, without consequences;
2. launched, in the 23rd and 24th minute of the first half, two firecrackers of considerable power, inside the playing area, without consequences;
B) to have his supporters (80%) present in the Varco Est L Grandstand Sector, singing an outrageous chorus towards the State institutions at the end of the match, repeated twice.
Continuation considered, measure of the sanction in application of the articles. 6, 13, paragraph 2, 25, paragraph 3 and 26 CGS, having evaluated the overall nature of the facts and considering that no harmful consequences occurred (r. federal proc., RCC).
