They squatted them in one carton box. Five of them, puppies just a few weeks old, close together. Then they sealed the box with duct tape to prevent them from escaping. Finally they launched the pack down a ravine, in the green hills that make the land between the municipalities of Sacco and Roscigno, province of Salerno, beautiful and inviting, within the Cilento-Vallo di Diano park. They wanted to get rid of those sweet-eyed, brown-furred puppies. But above all, defenseless.

More and more insistent. She then noticed the call of the defenseless little animals who, despite the fall, managed to survive. The woman then called for help and, once recovered, the puppies were temporarily transferred to the Paestum kennelalso in the province of Salerno, to treat the wounds sustained during the unfortunate abandonment complete with flight into the ravine.
