During the extraordinary territorial control services in the most sensitive areas of the city, a police car from the Jesi Police Station went to the reception of the Carlo Urbani hospital where a Nigerian woman did not want to leave.

The officers proceeded with the identification. The woman, in possession of a valid residence permit, appeared to be the recipient of a deportation order with a ban on returning to the municipality of Jesi for 2 years issued by the Police Headquarters of Ancona, still in force. Already known due to the multiple violations committed and reported by the Agents to the Judicial Authority in the previous weeks, the homeless woman refused any support or housing solution outside the municipality. Therefore, having been removed from the hospital, she was released into a state of freedom for continuing violation of the ban on return, with an order to leave the municipality immediately.
