The provincial coordinator of the 5 Star Movement Paride Guidetti will be present at the meeting, moderated by the journalist Pietro Perelli. “An unmissable opportunity to examine and understand the truth behind the distorted narrative promoted by the current Government regarding these economic initiatives,” underlined a note from the M5S, adding that “contrary to the representation of such incentives as financial burdens or bottom-line spending lost”, there is a reality “of the Italian State’s investments inenergy efficiency and in the anti-seismic safety of homes”.

The note highlighted that “the immediate direct and indirect returns deriving from these interventions, together with the creation of over one million jobs and the consequent reduction in redundancy payments, clearly demonstrate the economic sustainability and feasibility of the 110% superbonus”. This has been confirmed by independent studies and welcomed with praise by the European Union”, noting that “however, it is worrying to observe how the current Government is denigrating these initiatives, using the 110% super bonus as a scapegoat to justify budget deficits, often associated with weapons purchases and restrictive austerity policies.

The five-star formation concluded that “the meeting on 18 May will be an opportunity to discuss openly and without prejudice the true scope and positive effects of the 110% superbonus, underlining the importance of promoting policies that favor energy efficiency, housing security and the creation of jobs while respecting the environment and the national economy”.
