Assuming that it is successful, the choice to remedy the health deficit with environmental compensation funds intended for businesses and work means exchanging the environment for health and means canceling the future for the young generations forced to emigrate.
Finally, the President must also say what he is doing to ensure that the 2023 deficit does not occur in 2024 and what measures have been put in place to keep spending under control.
