Molfetta patronal celebrations, “Trembling Faces” drawing competition dedicated to the Madonne du Tremelizze
MOLFETTA – The second edition of the “Trembling Faces” drawing competition of the Molfetta Patronal Festivals Committee dedicated to the Madonne du Tremelizze. From 1 May to 1 June 2024, children’s drawings on tenderness and protection for the primary schools of the City of Molfetta. The themes for the 2024 edition are also tenderness and protection, children aged 5 to 11 can participate.
You can use pencil colours, paint and spirit colours.
The children will have to draw their concept of Protection and Tenderness. The drawings can be delivered in paper form directly to the headquarters of the Patronal Festivals Committee in Corso Dante Alighieri n. 13 from 5pm to 8pm from 1 May 2024 to 1 June 2024.
15 children will be awarded prizes, the drawings will be evaluated by a judging commission and once published in a Facebook album on the social page of the Patronal Festivals Committee they can also be voted on. The drawings must include the child’s name, surname, school attended on the front and the parent’s contact details on the back. All the works will also be displayed in an exhibition during the Patronal Festival in September. After the 2023 edition, which saw great success on the part of schools and children, we wanted to replicate it to consolidate the knowledge of our traditions among the world of young people – we want to do this by cultivating one of the oldest arts – that of drawing which it is the soul of creativity, cultivating the values of protection and tenderness because the Madonne du Tremelizze is for us people of Molfetta the symbol of protection.
