a life alongside Don Tonino Bello – MolfettaLive.it

Renato Brucoli, publisher and journalist, passed away this morning at the age of 70. Active in the ecclesial sphere and fervent collaborator of Don Tonino Bello.

«I believe that Don Tonino Bello was born and never died. Or, if he is dead, I believe he lives in the Risen Lord. I say this because I think eternity belongs to him: he belongs to those who have made their existence a time of love”

These words, full of meaning and profound friendship, contain the essence of an unparalleled bond, which has always characterized his entire existence: the relationship with the Bishop with the Apron. Words that will never be able to fill that deep void that Renato leaves today not only in the hearts of his entire community, but of all those who were lucky enough to meet his gaze.
