LIVORNO – The Carabinieri of the Livorno Company, after a complex investigative activity, arrested two people: a 38-year-old foreigner, already restricted for another reason, and a 51-year-old Livorno woman, held responsible for having committed 8 thefts from February to today inside a sports facility, near the “Villa Corridi” elementary school and the “Galileo Galilei” school in Livorno intent on stealing ten portable notebook PCs supplied to the school.
Then again thefts inside cars and commercial establishments, garages. Furthermore, the man had already been arrested for mistreatment of the woman, who would have continued to carry out other thefts on her own. She was then surprised upon arrest by the police in possession of narcotic substances, a knife and a glass-breaking hammer (usually supplied with safety equipment on buses) for which she was reported.
The police of the Livorno station also arrested the alleged perpetrator of 8 other aggravated thefts and receiving stolen goods, committed in Livorno between September and February, who had escaped.
