BOLZANO. The German group Schoeller based in Pullach (Munich) will become the new owner of WaltherPark and of all other Signa companies in Italy. He announces it Heinz Peter Hager, president of the Board of Directors of WaltherPark SpA and of all the other Signa companies in Italy. “From our point of view, this choice is very valid – declares Hager – This guarantees not only the completion of WaltherPark but it will also allow us to pursue our original plans for Bolzano even more successfully at a marketing and design level”. Furthermore, underlines a note, “the other projects, including the renovation of the Hotel Bauer in Venice, can be tackled again with renewed vigor and new impetus”.

The Schoeller group, adds Hager, is managed by “a very solid entrepreneurial family that represents a professional, economically solid partner for our projects and similar from a cultural point of view”.

The roots of the Schoeller Group, run by brothers Christoph and Martin Schoeller, go back hundreds of years and today the company operates in the fields of sustainable packaging, logistics and real estate. “We are happy to continue this iconic development project in the heart of Bolzano and to guarantee WaltherPark a reliable long-term future – comments Christoph Schoeller – Together with current partners, collaborators, customers, construction companies, financiers, to the authorities and all other interested parties, we will ensure a smooth completion of the project as originally planned.”
