VENICE – Attacked by one unknown in the area of Campo San Gallo in Venice, one victim employee of the Veneto Regional Council who was going to work in the nearby Bacino Orseolo office. The solidarity of President Roberto Ciambetti was immediate: «Closeness and solidarity, fortunately serious traumas were excluded, but the most difficult wound to overcome will be the hateful act suffered, gratuitous and unmotivated violence».

And it is always President Ciambetti who explains the circumstances in which the attack occurred: «From what I was able to reconstruct, her colleagues immediately assisted her and convinced her to go to hospital where she was diagnosed with injuries that could be healed in five days . I also thank you the Security Guard on duty who did not hesitate in helping our collaborator contributing to identify the attacker responsible for this ignoble act: I also thank the police who intervened promptly and stopped the man who, from what we know, is a known to the police».
