Antonio De Rosa and Franco Masotti presented the main events of the upcoming XXXV edition of the Ravenna Festival to Rotary.

During the evening, the figure of Mario Salvagiani was also remembered, who was an important member of the Ravenna Rotary Club, who was responsible for the reopening of the Alighieri Theater, the recovery of the Rocca Brancaleone, the birth of the Ravenna Manifestazioni Foundation, of the Ravenna Teatro, of the ‘Cherubini Orchestra…

President Labbozzetta awarded Antonio De Rosa the most important Rotary honor with this motivation:

Antonio De Rosa has been superintendent of the Ravenna Manifestazioni Foundation since 2005. In his role he contributed to enriching the Ravenna Festival, which has increasingly become an international event, giving ever greater prestige to our beloved city.

In all these years he has also demonstrated high professional and ethical qualities in leading the Foundation as superintendent. For these reasons, the Rotary Club of Ravenna is honored to award Dr. Antonio De Rosa the highest honor of Rotary International: the Paul Harris Fellow.

This honor is awarded not only to Rotarian members but also to those who have distinguished themselves through their commitment to serving the community with humanitarian, social or cultural initiatives within the principles in which Rotary recognizes itself, as did the Dr. Antonio De Rosa.
