We do not understand the doubts of the CISL FPT regarding our defense of municipal employees and the consequent criticism of the policy for the personnel of this administration, much less the tone of its response. The Progressive and Left Pole formed by M5S and the Popular Union in fact believes that the reorganization of the entire organizational structure for a modern, effective and efficient municipal administration. We therefore found that the investment made for the PM, made at the end of the previous mandate, was necessary and shared, but that now the priority is to strengthen the staff of the offices in difficulty and the CISL in its article even confirms what we have declared about the serious staff shortages in many municipal sectors which put the provision of services to citizens at risk. The CISL also declares that the current situation of the Local Police force of our municipality is already perfectly in line with that of others in Italy, therefore agreeing, while attacking us, that further investments should be oriented towards hiring in other sectors. In addition to hiring We need strong investments in training and digitalisation, things on which our municipality is heavily behind. In fact, let us remember that performance then affects the salaries and travel of people and managers. The Progressive and Left-wing Polo therefore defends municipal workers regardless of their role and has raised the issue to avoid practices of internal conflict that are emerging following the unbalanced policies on municipal administration personnel
