ASTI – Members of the State Police of the Asti Police Headquarters demonstrated their commitment to public safety and the well-being of the community by actively participating in the day organized by the Professional Order of Nurses, held on Sunday 12 May 2024, in Piazza della Libertà in Asti, on the occasion of International Nurses Day.
The State Police cars, together with the managers of the General Prevention and Public Rescue Office and the Administrative and Social Police Division, attended the event, actively contributing to the success of the various activities organized by the health workers.
This participation was organized in light of the daily commitment of the patrol cars in public assistance to citizens as well as in the prevention and repression of crimes. Additionally, it highlights the importance of interprofessional collaboration to ensure community safety and well-being.
The State Police renews its commitment to guaranteeing the safety of healthcare facilities, primarily the Civil Hospital of Asti, ensuring a safe working environment for medical and nursing staff. In this context, a fundamental role is ensured by the Police Post established within the “Cardinal Massaia” Civil Hospital, which guarantees timely support in case of need and an essential connection point in the relationships between the healthcare personnel and the Preccint.
Participation in the event also made it possible to pursue the aims of professional updating for State Police operators, with particular attention to the training of police operators also on the first aid front, in order to provide an increasingly complete and timely service. to citizenship.
