Viterbo – We receive and publish – Together with Fidal Lazio, Atletica Villa Gordiani G.Castello organized the Liberation Trophy on 25 April 2024, the traditional event of Lazio athletics which saw athletes from all federal categories on the field. This year’s competition will be hosted by the green track of the Olindo Galli stadium in Tivoli which for the occasion inaugurated the first “Andrea Barberi” memorial.

Alto Lazio Athletics also took part in the important event with some athletes from the Student categories who, led by the company coach Salvatore Nicosia, competed over the 800m distance.
In great evidence was the very young Enrico Bossi who clearly improved his personal record by winning the fourth series with the excellent time of 2’02″26, third overall among the 2008 students present at the race. Michela Castagna also did well, running in 2’41″12, Gabriele Gallu 2’17″23 and Eva Andreini with 2’52″01.
The next event that will see other athletes from Alto Lazio competing will be the one in Tarquinia scheduled for Saturday 27 April 2024 at the “Franco Guidozzi” facility.
