The future of running the Sanremo Festival still seems shrouded in mystery, with several names circulating in the toto-names. It seems that Paolo Bonolis was contacted by Rai, but chose not to accept the offer. There is also one of the most popular names Carlo Conti, who has already hosted and directed the Festival in the past for three editions. Conti, however, seems to lean towards the idea of a female presenter, even suggesting a return as a couple with Maria De Filippi, with whom he has already worked in the past. Yet, the names of two Neapolitans have been put forward by the press, and are forcefully gaining ground. But who is it?

The first is the young dancer and host Stefano De Martino, originally from Torre Annunziata, who seems to be reflecting cautiously on the prospect of hosting the Sanremo Festival. The Neapolitan showman, in fact, sees experience as a double-edged sword, recognizing that, if things go well, everything is magnificent, but if they go wrong the consequences could be significant. Would this awareness perhaps lead him to refuse a concrete management offer?

Another true Neapolitan, currently highly rated among the probable artistic directors of the Festival, too Gigi D’Alessio seems to have some uncertainty about it. The role of presenter is certainly very different from that of artist he is used to and the idea of being compared with other presenters, such as Amadeus or Carlo Conti, could be a challenging experience and a source of concern.
